The Carbon Positive Project has been designed to enable NRW become an exemplar in carbon management and share best practice for use across the Welsh public sector. The project is funded by Welsh Government to show leadership in how the public sector can reduce its carbon impact to tackle climate change.
NRW has taken an ambitious approach to understand their carbon impact and identify opportunities to address it. They are taking positive steps to reduce their carbon emissions, and to enhance and protect carbon stored on the land they manage.
