Why Join the Low Carbon Swansea Bay Network?
LCSB members can enjoy a wide range of benefits from the network:
Applications to join the Low Carbon Swansea Bay network are invited from any organisations operating in South West Wales that share the network's aims. This includes organisations in the public, business and voluntary sectors.
Annual subscription:
Annual subscription to the LCSB network is currently just £450 and provides access to the LCSB training programme and other network benefits. Not-for-profit organisations and small businesses can apply for a reduced fee. Membership runs from April to March but those joining from January to March receive full membership for the following year. LCSB Membership runs from April to March but organisations that join after 1st January receive full membership to the end of the following financial year.
Voluntary sector organisations and small businesses can apply for a reduced annual fee (currently just £225). All members are expected to agree to the Low Carbon Swansea Bay Summary of Purpose document - click here.
Training and other member benefits:
The annual networking/training programme comprises at least 4 events and each member organisation can send up to three people to each event free-of-charge. Members also get full access to LCSB information services including the Members Area of this website.
Non-members:
Organisations and individuals can be part of the wider LCSB network, as associates, for free. Associates receive regular emails and updates on LCSB activities but don't get free access to LCSB events or the Members Area of the website. Non-members can attend Low Carbon Swansea Bay training events at a cost of £150 per event per person.
